Welcome to The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™.
By purchasing, accessing, or using this assessment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the product.
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content contained within The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™, including but not limited to text, graphics, frameworks, archetypes, reports, names, concepts, questions, proprietary scoring systems, and downloadable materials, is the exclusive property of Collapsing Time Co. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly share any part of the assessment or its outputs without explicit written permission from Collapsing Time Co.
2. Personal Use Only
This assessment is licensed to a single user (you) for personal or internal business use only. Sharing your access link, final report, or any component of the assessment with others — including colleagues, clients, peers, or members of online communities — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this clause may result in legal action, including but not limited to revocation of access without refund and pursuit of damages.
3. No Redistribution or Commercial Use
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the assessment or any derived materials
- Use the assessment as a tool within your own paid services or programs
- Present any part of The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ as your own intellectual property or methodology.
4. Disclaimer of Results
The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ is a self-assessment and diagnostic tool intended to provide strategic insight and awareness. While designed with rigor and proprietary methodology, Collapsing Time Co. makes no guarantees about specific business outcomes or financial performance. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and implement the information provided.
5. Payment & Access
Access to The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ is granted only upon full payment via our designated platform. Refunds will not be issued due to the immediate digital delivery of proprietary content.
6. Access Restrictions & Link Confidentiality
After purchase, you will be given a private access link. This link is intended for your use only. Do not share or forward this link. While the link is not password-protected, it is monitored. Abuse or unauthorized sharing may result in revoked access and further action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collapsing Time Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ or any associated content.
8. Modifications to the Assessment or Terms
Collapsing Time Co. reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the assessment or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the assessment constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. International Users
If you are accessing this assessment from outside Canada — including the United States or any other country — you are responsible for compliance with all local laws in your jurisdiction. By using The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™, you agree that any legal matters arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, for the resolution of any disputes.
12. Social Media & Public Use
You may share your personal experience with The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ on social media platforms, provided it is truthful, non-commercial, and does not misrepresent your relationship with Collapsing Time Co.
You may not:
- Claim to represent or be affiliated with Collapsing Time Co. without express written permission.
- Sell or offer to interpret the results of The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ on behalf of Collapsing Time Co.
- Use the brand name, logo, proprietary frameworks, or report visuals for commercial purposes or in paid programs without permission.
We reserve the right to request removal of any content that misuses our brand or violates these terms.
13. Data Privacy & Protection
By using The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data, including name, email address, IP address, and assessment responses, solely for the purpose of delivering your results, improving the service, and communicating with you. Your data is stored securely and may be processed by trusted third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics services) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information. Users in jurisdictions such as the EU (under GDPR) or California (under CCPA) may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting [email protected].
14. Termination of Access
Collapsing Time Co. may suspend or terminate your access to The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or disrupts the integrity of the platform. In the event of termination, you will lose access to any reports or services associated with your purchase.
15. Force Majeure
Collapsing Time Co. shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet or power outages, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party services.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
17. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ for unlawful purposes, to submit false or misleading information, or to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform. Abuse, harassment, unauthorized use, or manipulation of results is strictly prohibited.
18. Third-Party Services
The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, analytics, or hosting services). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Collapsing Time Co. is not responsible for their availability, performance, or actions.
19. Age Restrictions
The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing the assessment, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
20. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Collapsing Time Co. regarding The AGENTIC ASSESSMENT™ and supersede all prior communications.
21. Changes to Terms
Collapsing Time Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or a notice posted on our website. Continued use of the assessment after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
